As a Title Analyst, you will be responsible for handling auto titles, ensuring their accuracy and proper transfer. This is a direct hire opportunity, and the company requires you to be onsite five days a week.Responsibilities:• Process incoming auto titles accurately for correct transfer to buyers.• Undertake data entry tasks to enter required information accurately.• Verify the accuracy of vehicle titles and prepare legal transfer documents along with tax documents for DMV submission.• Engage in communication via calls and emails pertaining to auto titles.• Manage follow-up calendar efficiently.• Handle telephone inquiries, providing warm and personable responses.• Assist in reconstructing lost vehicle titles and log in titles upon receipt.• Ensure adherence to state, federal, and local laws while processing titles.• Provide timely feedback regarding customer concerns to aid in company improvement.• Lend support to other departments such as credit, collections, and repo departments to resolve issues.
