What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treasury Analyst position at Robert Half?
Robert Half Finance and Accounting is in partnership with one of the fastest growing organizations in Fort Worth in search of a talented Treasury Analyst. As the organization continue to expand and grow operations, they are looking for a highly skilled individual to join their dynamic finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Process wire and ACH payments in accordance with company policy, confirm banking instructions to safeguard against fraud and accurately enter in various bank portals for approval.
- Prepare cash forecasts and record cash transaction actuals; update key assumptions including working capital requirements and borrowing rates.
- Prepare corporate loan draw requests, request appropriate review and approval, and track funded requests.
- Prepare debt compliance packages, update company financial information, review loan document amendments, and ensure company contract adherence.
- Update investor wire and ACH banking instructions in Juniper Square to ensure timely, efficient, and secure disbursements to investors.
- Track investor capital call receipts, report on call collection, and assist investors in confirming destination banking instructions.
- Track and forecast bank account analysis fees to avoid overdraft penalties.
- Perform special analysis projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- Strong understanding of banking products and treasury systems.
- Proficient in Excel and treasury management software.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to senior management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
