Robert Half Management Resources is recruiting a Treasury Director to support our Real Estate client located in Westlake Village area on a 4 month engagement with a flexible work schedule. The Treasury Director will report directly to the CFO and will manage day-to-day operations of the Treasury Department which includes cash and debt management functions. This role is hybrid (1-2 days onsite) with possibility of a remote option.Responsibilities:• Monitor and manage short-term working capital needs for multiple parent entities, ensuring accurate daily cash flow projections.• Develop and maintain comprehensive cash flow forecasts, including quarterly, monthly, and daily projections to ensure liquidity.• Execute borrowing and repayment transactions under credit facilities to meet liquidity requirements.• Oversee the verification and timely payment of loan-related obligations, such as interest, fees, and principal amounts.• Review and direct the preparation of detailed reports, including daily debt updates and monthly bank commitments.• Prepare compliance packages for loans, including financial covenant calculations and performance reports, ensuring alignment with regulations.• Manage real estate collateral pool values, including quarterly borrowing base computations, asset releases, and pay-down calculations.• Analyze the impact of appraisal value changes on borrowing bases and leverage ratios.• Collaborate with lenders, addressing inquiries and providing necessary support documentation.• Conduct detailed analysis and gather required information from divisions and corporate teams to support treasury operations.
