Robert Half is seeking a problem-solving, forward-thinking UX Writer with a passion for content strategy to create best-in-class customer experiences for our client, a leading Fortune 100 tech enterprise. This role is a full-time (40 hours/week) contract through the end of 2024.
Location: Bellevue, WA (hybrid-onsite 3 days/week)
Pay Rate: $55-$61/hour
Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities
- Write best-in-class, mobile-first UX content that is clear, concise, and empathetic to a diverse global audience.
- Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and other partner teams to understand and exceed customer expectations.
- Analyze research to help craft innovative content strategies ensuring consistent and clear messaging across various delivery scenarios.
- Lead content strategy on highly complex, high-profile team initiatives.
- Work closely with UX designers and other stakeholders, primarily in Figma.
- Apply best practices in localization and accessibility to UX writing.
- Update and maintain content libraries and frameworks.
Requirements:
- 5 years of professional UX writing and content strategy experience, preferably in B2C ecommerce spaces.
- Strong portfolio required (password protected if needed).
- Proficiency with Figma.
- Experience in the tech industry or ecommerce space.
- Hybrid role with the expectation of working and collaborating in the office at least 3 days a week in Bellevue, WA.
- Degree preferred.
- Content strategy experience within the tech industry or ecommerce space.
- Experience collaborating with high-profile licensors.
- Strong understanding of color harmony and visual design principles.
- Ability to iterate using data-informed decisions and customer feedback.
