UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our team in West Valley City, Utah. In this role, you will contribute to the modernization of digital products, focusing on creating consistent user experiences and scalable design solutions. This is a long-term contract position where you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on a large-scale digital transformation.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain scalable UI component systems and design frameworks.
• Translate complex UX concepts into detailed, production-ready interfaces.
• Collaborate with product owners to shape and visualize product roadmaps.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-quality UI designs from evolving requirements.
• Standardize design patterns to improve usability and reduce inconsistencies across platforms.
• Participate in UX planning, including user journeys and usability considerations.
• Design and optimize layouts, typography, interaction states, and responsiveness.
• Partner with engineering and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and scalability.
• Support development teams by clarifying design intent during implementation stages.
• Extensive experience in UI design with a strong foundation in UX principles.
• Proven track record of building and evolving design systems or component libraries.
• Proficiency in Figma and expertise in creating visual hierarchies and accessible designs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to dynamic environments and evolving requirements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience with digital transformation or large-scale redesigns is highly desirable.
• A portfolio showcasing your work in digital product design, highlighting UX/UI expertise.
