You will be working as a crucial part of our accounting team in the office. The ideal candidate has an analytical approach to problem solving and can easily identify potential issues within data records and perform the necessary research to resolve them. You excel at providing reliable, efficient results by executing the accounts payable processes, making sure that payments to customers, vendors, referral partners, and others are being made timely and accurately. The role helps to make sure that the company is fulfilling its payment commitments to others, as well accounts receivable entry. Qualifications
- 3 years accounts payable/receivable experience preferred within the construction industry.
- Previous experience with Sage Intacct required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software, Excel experience preferred.
- Previous experience with Dash (R365) is a plus but not required.
- Dynamic personality, energy, professionalism, and integrity
- Drive the AP strategy.
- Drive referral partner payments.
- Entry of AR billing
- Drive compliance with industry, state, and federal requirements.
- Process and reconcile daily check deposits
- Manage and maintain record keeping
- Pre-liens/Liens filing
- Dispatch backup
- Other accounting functions as needed
