Summary:
Provide exceptional guest service by warmly greeting, welcoming, and seating arriving guests in our dining outlet. Assist in seating arrangements and create an enjoyable dining experience based on Company Standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage table assignments and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide information on menu offerings and daily specials.
- Ensure timely and courteous seating of guests.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently
- Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
