Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized Personal/Office Assistant to support agency operations and the executive team. This role will include administrative support, personal assistance tasks, and office coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is resourceful, proactive, and comfortable handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal assistance to the Executive Director, including scheduling, follow-ups, and errands.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and maintaining organized office systems.
- Answer phones, route calls, and respond to basic inquiries.
- Assist with preparing reports, forms, and correspondence as requested.
- Coordinate office supply ordering and track inventory.
- Support HR and administrative processes, including onboarding paperwork and internal communications.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders for agency and leadership activities.
- Perform light errands such as mail, deposits, and supply pickups as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- 1 year of administrative, office, or personal assistant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (with occasional flexibility).
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
