RV Finance Manager
RV Country is looking for a strong committed leader! The finance manager will be responsible for assisting the customer in securing proper funds for purchasing recreational vehicles for the dealership. This person will be responsible for daily communications with customer, financial institutions, and all other departments within the dealership. Once proper funds are secured the finance manager is responsible for producing additional revenue by recommending products and benefits to the potential customer.
Responsibilities Include:
- Properly prepare all documents regarding the sale of RV units
- Create additional revenue by selling vehicle service contracts, gap insurance, paint & fabric, and tire and wheel products. Other product revenues should be generated through participation by the financial institution.
- Follow all compliance regulations, federal and state
- Quote and sell vehicle insurance
- Collect money from customers and or vendors during the transaction process
- Properly sign all documents with customers in a face to face meeting
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors and staff
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in IDS Software preferred; but not required
- Prior sales experience preferred; but not required
- Must be able to work 5 days a week, 8-12 hour days, depending on customer needs
- Must be able to work some holidays and weekends
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
