Job Summary
Join our medical-surgical unit where you will work alongside a dedicated team of registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate care to patients. With a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Responsibilities
- Utilize specialized plan-of-care intervention to shape exceptional patient journeys
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Assess patient needs, administer treatments, and ensure patient comfort and safety
Qualifications
- Current state RN license
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
- ACLS certification within six months of hire
- One year of experience preferred
- ASLS certification preferred
Salary : $60,000 - $100,000
