Location: Reynoldsville, PA

• CNC SETUP OPERATOR
  • Normally scheduled Monday through Friday but may require other days as needed.
  • Normally Second shift (2nd) but may require additional hours or other shifts as needed.

Set up and adjust CNC Machinery to meet all job requirements and specification. Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and sequences. Assess machine operations; movement of parts, gauges, dials, machine sounds to determine potential equipment failures. Troubleshoot equipment and make associated adjustments to resolve set up problems. Interpret drawings, and/or item attributes and follow routings. Perform in-process inspections according to inspection requirements and protocol. Maintain product specifications by utilizing the appropriate inspection equipment as required. Perform routine operator maintenance as required. Proper knowledge and use of grinding wheels, as well as all required tooling. Ability to properly dress, maintain, and balance wheels as required. Complete all job-related documentation and shop floor data collection accurately. Adhere to all aspects of the Quality Management System. Ability to stand, sit or be in other physically demanding positions for long periods of time. Ability to lift 50lbs. without assistance. Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed to support the business needs. Other work-related duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.
