- Overseeing product development activities across multiple factories in China, Vietnam, and Pakistan
- Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept ideation to placement of production order
- Partner Design team to leverage and manage the PLM system
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, project status updates, and budget utilization to inform decision-making
- Develop, manage and maintain a time and action calendar ensuuring timely execution and delivery of products
