What You’ll Be Doing

• Direct all technical project aspects and ensure engineering compliance
• Build and mentor a team of engineering “A” players
• Oversee deliverables from mechanical design to submittal approvals
• Act as technical liaison for Sales, Purchasing, and Field Service
• Develop SOPs and engineering best practices integrated with ERP and QMS
  
  

About You

• Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• Deep knowledge of industrial equipment codes (ASTM, ASME, AWWA, etc.)
• Experience managing custom-engineered electromechanical/fluid systems
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives
