- Identifying and engaging prospects in the CDMO and biotech space
- Converting leads to customers in partnership with the Product Specialist
- Managing multichannel outreach including CRM, email, social media, and events
- Representing the company at industry conferences and trade shows
- Collaborating on campaign development, marketing content, and competitive insights
- Bachelors degree in the life sciences or Business/Marketing
- 10 years in technical sales, including 5 in biopharma or CDMO environments
- Strong lead gen and CRM experience, with a consultative sales approach
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with marketing and technical teams
- Proven ability to navigate complex customer workflows and influence decisions
