IT Service Desk Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Log and resolve IT issues promptly and effectively, ensuring an excellent IT experience for all team members.
• Investigate and resolve tickets submitted to the IT Service Desk, escalating complex issues as necessary.
• Participate in the escalation schedule to respond to major incidents.
• Provide support for:
• Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 Operating Systems
• Active Directory and Azure AD
• Microsoft 365
• Manage onboarding and offboarding accounts through Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Process imaging of end-user devices via Microsoft Autopilot and Microsoft Intune.
• Provide hands-on hardware support, including troubleshooting laptops, monitors, and headsets.
• Assist with desk setups, network cabling, and meeting room equipment checks.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience providing first-line support on a service desk.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11.
• Understanding of the Microsoft 365.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure and user administration.
• Exposure to Windows Server environments.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking.
• Experience with PowerShell & scripting.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to plan, organize, and adapt to changing priorities.
• A collaborative team player capable of managing workloads independently.
