Floating Financial Services Representative

Scott Credit Union is calling all customer service professionals who are interested in a full-time Floating Financial Services Representative position to apply to join our amazing Retail Operations team! This position will float between multiple branches within the St. Louis and Metro East markets and will work Monday – Saturday (Saturday rotation as scheduled), with varied hours and schedule depending on operational needs.

The Day to Day as a Floating Financial Services Representative 

Financial Services Representatives are one of the primary points of contact for SCU members. They are responsible for creating an exceptional member experience by engaging with members and educating them on the products and services SCU has to offer. Floating Financial Services Representatives rotate between multiple branch locations in accordance with staffing needs. A typical day will look like:

• Providing customer service to SCU members
• Processing financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, opening and closing of accounts, etc., efficiently and accurately
• Operating computer to accurately post transactions, balance transactions, and access and update account information
• Identifying, educating, and presenting SCU products and services to new and existing members
• Recognizing cross sale opportunities through needs based financial conversations and referring members to mortgage, business lending/services and investments
• Ensuring consistent delivery of SCU’s member engagement model by leveraging technology including tablets, enhanced ATM’s, and other digital service channels
• Working to meet individual sales and operational goals as well as assisting the branch team in achieving branch goals
• Fostering and maintaining relationships with members

To Be Considered, You’ll Need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• One year of customer service experience
• Personal computer experience, including Microsoft Office products

Preferred Qualifications That Could Set You Ahead:

• One year of experience with a financial institution

 Pay Range: 

• The typical pay range for this role is: $21.00 - $27.50 hourly
