Qualifications

· Good standing Driver’s License

· Be in good standing according to the Accountability Matrix

· Demonstrate a solid understanding of the general plant manufacturing process

· Have strong troubleshooting skills with proven problem-solving abilities

· Highly motivated, self-starter capable of managing multiple movements with minimal supervision

Job Description

· To lead and support the site material movements – material management, material flow improvements, coordination with logistics and all production areas.

· Communication with off-site warehouse on hours outside of Logistic hours, transporting finished materials from lines to packaging

· Provide oversight to all contractors performing work on areas of responsibilities

· Must have the ability to coordinate with Production Scheduling, Logistics and the shift production workforce to assure that orders are completed in a timely fashion with the value that meets and exceeds the customers’ requirements.

· Inventory control through, spreadsheets, visual control and SAP transactions

· Train new maintenance technicians as required.

Experience

· Demonstrates initiative to support teammates as needed.

· 3-5 years of Forklift experience

· High School diploma or equivalency

· Ability to work in at a fast pace and stay on task.

· Ability to work additional overtime if required to get the job tasks completed

Physical Requirements

· Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds overhead to a height of 72 inches repeatedly over a 12-hour shift.

· Specific vision abilities required by this job include average vision, color and depth perception.
