Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting functions, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and conducting detailed analyses for financial reporting.
- Verify, record, and accurately classify financial transactions across accounts, departments, classes, and key reporting segments.
- Reconcile accounts, such as revenue and cash, due-to/due-from third-party accounts, by applying accounting principles and integrating data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with third-party service providers to ensure accurate and timely execution of accounting tasks.
- Work closely with the accounting team to enhance processes, work papers, and tools, promoting efficiency and accuracy in financial recording.
- Assist in preparing annual financial statements and other required filings for regulatory compliance.
- Support the external audit process by preparing audit schedules, leading discussions in assigned areas, and coordinating with both internal management and auditors.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
