Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join our team. This is a hybrid position, primarily based in Washington, DC, with flexibility for remote work from home.

Occasional on-site meetings in Dahlgren, VA will also be required. The ideal candidate must be willing and able to commute to the Dahlgren area to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level coordination, operational research, and management for NSWCDD, focusing on effective utilization of personnel, finances, and assets.
• Responsibilities include strategic planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and leveraging analytical methods to analyze large databases and drive organizational efficiency.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance, TS/SCI preferred
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in organizational coordination, operational research, and management, with expertise in strategic planning, resource allocation, and database analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, word processing applications, and automated database systems is essential.
