What the job looks like - Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate water restoration projects from start to finish
- Help field crew to assess damage and develop restoration plans
- Work closely with customers and team members to ensure quality service
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
- Verify complete information is documented in all necessary locations, keeping all vested partied updated
- Act as a liaison between the client, our crew, and other interested parties
What we require of you – Must haves:
- Must be able to pass background and pre-employment drug screening.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High school degree or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
