Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to support our Operational Excellence AI team. This role focuses on telling the story of transformation by capturing wins, showcasing innovation, and driving engagement across the organization. The ideal candidate will manage communication campaigns end-to-end—from concept through execution—while working closely with senior leaders and the NAM Brand & Communications team.
This position reports into the NAM Brand & Communications team and requires strong professionalism, strategic thinking, and exceptional writing skills. Portfolio samples will be required during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and publish compelling internal communications across platforms such as SPICE , Viva Engage, SharePoint, and other internal channels.
- Create articles, posts, case studies, event recaps, and success stories that highlight transformation and innovation.
- Showcase kaizens, workshops, and internal events through engaging storytelling and creative campaigns.
- Plan, promote, and support internal events to drive strong participation and post-event visibility.
- Communicate measurable results and tangible wins every six weeks to leadership and the broader organization.
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations aligned with internal branding guidelines.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to ensure consistent, high-quality messaging.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging stories for internal audiences.
- Strong experience running communication campaigns from inception to final delivery.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Viva Engage, and internal content publishing tools.
- Proficiency in creating PowerPoint decks aligned with corporate branding standards.
- Experience supporting and promoting internal events.
- Highly professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable reporting into two Directors.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to provide writing samples/portfolio during the interview process.
Salary : $50 - $55
