Job Overview – Bilingual HR Advisor – 33763
We’re seeking a proactive and service-oriented Bilingual HR Advisor to serve as the first point of contact for Associates and Managers with questions about HR policies, procedures, and programs. This role is critical in supporting a positive employee experience by delivering guidance, resolving concerns, and ensuring consistent policy interpretation across the organization.
- Respond to inbound phone and case inquiries related to HR policies, employee relations, and procedures.
- Provide accurate and clear explanations of disciplinary guidelines, performance management, and benefits-related policies.
- Support Managers in navigating complex or sensitive employee relations issues.
- Investigate and resolve concerns related to working conditions, disciplinary actions, and general HR matters.
- Research and respond to complaints related to salary/wage treatment.
- Partner with Payroll and Benefits teams on escalated or out-of-scope inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with Associates, acting as an intermediary when needed to resolve unresolved issues.
- Translate investigative documentation from Spanish to English as needed.
Requirements
- 2 years of HR generalist or advisory experience in a mid-to-large sized company or business unit.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies.
- Proficiency in SAP, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
