Requirements
- 8 years of progressive experience in accounting or controllership roles, preferably in financial services or wealth management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal controls.
- Experience working with financial technology platforms such as Oracle, Hyperion, Beeline, and Alteryx.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, especially involving finance systems or automation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Sherpa offers benefits to contract employees who meet the following criteria:
- Must be a full-time employee (30 weekly hours/ 130 hours per month) to be eligible
