We’re looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant - Fixed Assets to join our clients team and take ownership of global fixed asset accounting. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert on fixed asset accounting policies and processes
- Manage asset additions and retirements in Sage Fixed Assets
- Prepare monthly roll forwards, capital additions schedules, and financial reports
- Review and analyze Repair & Maintenance (R&M) expenses
- Support monthly and year-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Provide documentation for audits and tax filings
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards (GAAP)
- Partner on special projects and process improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of accounting experience with a focus on fixed assets and CAPEX
- Hands-on experience with Sage Fixed Assets
- Strong GAAP knowledge and Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
