Procurement Specialist

Job Summary:

The Procurement Specialist will fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the previous purchasing specialist, along with assisting in the ERP implementation, procurement, and vendor management.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist with purchasing, vendor set up and contracts.
• Analyze supplier performance & expenses.
• Developing and maintaining supplier relationships
• Centralize buying program for Company across all Branches.
• Manager procurement of products and services
• Analyze and Evaluate supplier performance.
• Perform other projects as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong Excel and general computer skills.
• Excellent customer services skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to collaborate with others within the accounting department and throughout the company.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in procurement and/or purchasing is preferred.

Working Requirements:

• Valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
