Requirements/Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with opening and closing procedures
• Support staff with daily tasks, ensuring they have what they need to succeed
• Supervise staff during peak hours, helping to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplies in coordination with the Restaurant Manager
• Help resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Train new hires on Skillet’z Cafe policies, procedures, and service standards
• Oversee health, safety, and cleanliness protocols to ensure compliance
• Assist with cash handling, balancing registers, and processing payments as needed
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant or hospitality industry
