Job Summary
We are seeking several Aerospace Production Specialists to join our team in Auburn, Washington. I n this entry level position, training will be provided in assembling parts and a variety of production work in the finishing of aerospace parts. No experience necessary, although relevant experience and/or the ability to read blueprints among other things may increase your starting wage. Advancement opportunities are available and strongly encouraged.
Through our Shared Success expectation, you will learn the following:
1st- Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm
5th- Monday- Thursday 6am-4:30pm
2nd-Monday- Thursday 3:30pm-2am*
4th- Friday-Sunday 6am-6:30pm*
Salary Description:Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Skills Inc. is a self-supporting Social Enterprise and is organized as a 501 (c) (3) non-profit. We have three lines of business; Aerospace Manufacturing, Aerospace Finishing and Business Solutions, that operate in 3 locations. Skills Inc. employs over 250 people and our social mission is to train, employ and serve persons with disabilities. We accomplish our mission three ways; direct hire, vocational programs and services, and as a resource to the community.
Hourly wage: $17.00-19.00
