What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Business Systems position at Sojo Industries?
Sojo Industries is redefining how physical goods are produced by tightly integrating manufacturing, software, and data. Our “atoms to bits” approach connects production, logistics, and assets to the digital systems that plan, track, and optimize the business.
As we scale, internal systems are core products—not back-office utilities. We are building a modern, highly automated systems backbone that powers operations, finance, planning, analytics, and AI-driven insight.
The Director of Business Systems is the strategic and technical owner of Sojo’s business systems, internal platforms, and business intelligence ecosystem. This role oversees all systems critical to day-to-day operations and ensures clean, reliable data flows across the company.
This leader manages a team of technical project managers and systems developers responsible for integrations, workflow automation, and data provisioning. Operating with a product mindset, the Director builds scalable systems that drive productivity, visibility, and leverage across Sojo.
