We're seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Drywall Project Manager/Estimator to join our established union contractor team. This dual role combines hands-on project management with estimating responsibilities for large-scale commercial drywall projects.

Required Qualifications:
• 5 years of specific experience in commercial drywall project management and estimation
• Expert proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbid software (required)
• Current experience working for a Commercial Drywall Subcontractor
• Track record managing commercial projects valued at $1MM
• Strong understanding of union practices and procedures
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
• Oversee multiple commercial drywall projects simultaneously
• Manage union crews and coordinate with other trades
• Ensure project completion within budget and timeline
• Monitor quality control and safety compliance
• Coordinate with general contractors, architects, and clients

• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project completion, strong leadership abilities, and experience in the Pacific Northwest commercial construction market. This is not a remote position and requires regular presence on job sites.
