MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-High School diploma or GED, AA, AS, AAS (or higher) degree,
OR
– Passing score of 460 (or higher) on the ParaPro Assessment within 30 days of employment
DESCRIPTION: SMEC is an education district made up of seven member districts that offer special education services and programming. The qualified candidate will work with students placed in our Enrich Level III DCD program located at Grand Meadow Public School in Grand Meadow, MN. The paraprofessional is responsible for providing direct assistance to the classroom teacher and students to meet individual student goals and provide personal care assistant (PCA) services as needed.
PAY AND BENEFITS: Competitive pay based on skills and experience. Insurance benefits are available to full-time employees and part-time employees who work at least 30 hours per week.

Pay: $16.54 - $21.57 per hour
