This role will be crucial in driving complex technical initiatives, bridging the gap between various teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of our web-based projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments.
Key Skills:
Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
Assess risks and establish contingency plans
Manage project dependencies, risks, and timelines to ensure successful delivery of web development initiatives
Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
Work effectively with external vendors, managing relationships and integrating their work into our projects
Responsible for acting as the primary interface between a specific business/functional area and their IT partners.
Represent the organization as the principal customer contact for projects, light enhancements, and other change initiatives
Identify and resolve operational issues with business areas.
Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Ability to work independently and effectively with staff at all levels and from multiple divisions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong organization and presentation skills.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
12 - 15 years years of experience in all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects.
At least 10 years of experience in taking projects from original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services.
At least 10 years of experience in defining project scope and objectives.
Strong portfolio of diverse projects should include examples ranging in scale, design case studies, and interactive work with a concentration in UI/UX, or work equivalent.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of web hosting environments and website migration processes.
Experience in testing websites across various browsers and devices.
