Job Title: Product Repair/Mod Technician-General
Location: Mesa, AZ 85212 (100% onsite)
Duration: 12 months Assignment, possibility of extension
Work schedule: 40hours/week, Mon – Thurs, 5:00am to 3:30pm with overtime required on an as needed basis.
Required Skills
- Requires proficiency in reading and writing in English along with the ability to pass certification classes including Torque, Safetying Practices, Mixing and Sealant, and Precision Measuring Equipment to name a few.
- Candidates must be computer literate to follow work instructions, record maintenance and labor activities.
- Must be able to lift 35lbs and remain standing for extended periods of time.
- Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment.
- Ability to pass certification classes including Torque, Safetying Practices, Mixing and Sealant, and Precision Measuring Equipment.
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
- Daily tasks include disassembly, repair, modification and or assembly of AH-64 mechanical components using both hand and powered tools.
- Candidates must be able to work in a high-paced team environment as well as independently as needed.
Education / Experience:
- High school diploma or GED and typically 1 or more years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous AH-64, or similar aircraft experience is preferred.
