What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laboratory Technician position at SPECTRAFORCE?
Title: Laboratory Technician
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Duration: 12 Months (Possible extension)
Responsibilities:
- Perform analytical studies including GLP certifications of various types of materials in support of registration and production of active ingredients and formulated crop protection products.
- Ensure that all data are being generated and documented in a manner consistent with GLP regulations, SOPs, best practices, and study protocols.
- Processing and interpretation of analytical data, as well as ensuring high quality work.
- Troubleshoot and implement analytical solutions for experimental challenges as needed to ensure study requirements are met.
- Support daily operations of the analytical laboratories by maintaining the instrumentation and lab areas.
- Work closely with the Product Chemistry Laboratory Team and Product Chemistry Subject Matter Experts to efficiently perform experiments and communicate results to stakeholders according to required timelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree discipline in Chemistry or biology a related science is preferred.
- Two years relevant work experience with analytical chemistry techniques - Recent Grads with only school lab experience are okay, too.
