Trusts & Estates Attorney – Charlotte, NC
Our client is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join the firm’s expanding Estates and Trusts Practice Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who enjoys sophisticated estate planning work and values a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.
Compensation: $125,000 to $175,000
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in estate planning and estate/trust administration.
- Ability to draft a full range of estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
- Hands-on experience navigating estate and trust administration matters.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with clients.
- Excellent writing, research, and organizational abilities.
- A proactive, team‑oriented, and business‑minded approach to practice.
- North Carolina Bar admission required.
- South Carolina Bar admission preferred, or willingness to obtain SC licensure.
