Global Law firm seeking Manager of Global Partner Recruiting to support strategy, execution, and operations for lateral partner and counsel hiring across international offices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute all stages of the global lateral partner and counsel recruiting process.
- Coordinate across internal business services teams to ensure smooth communication, alignment, and timely issue resolution.
- Oversee late‑stage process workflow, including gathering feedback, drafting materials, coordinating references, and driving project timelines.
- Prepare and deliver regular recruiting updates and reports for leadership, highlighting trends and progress.
- Analyze interview feedback, identify themes, and implement follow‑up actions to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard all sensitive and privileged information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, JD, Master’s) preferred.
- 7 years recruiting experience; 3 years in a management role preferred.
