Operations Manager

At SriSai Biopharmaceutical Solutions, LLC (SBS), we are seeking a Senior Strategic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize core business functions — including Shipping, Receiving, P&L accountability, and Inventory — while championing a culture grounded in our RICE values: Respect, Integrity, Customer-Centered, and Excellence.

With over 20 years of service to the life sciences industry, SBS provides specialized support in supply chain management, global distribution, secondary packaging and labeling, Inventory, and compliance consultation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-compliance environments and is ready to lead both tactically and strategically.

What You’ll Do

Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Develop and execute forward-looking operational strategies aligned with SBS’s growth goals.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear action plans across departments.

Department Oversight

• Direct and oversee day-to-day functions of Shipping, Receiving, Inventory, and P&L management, ensuring operational accuracy, accountability, and excellence.
• Lead daily operations while driving long-term improvements in process, quality, and performance.

Hands-On Management

• Engage directly with workflows, documentation, and systems to ensure hands-on leadership and high-quality execution across all areas of responsibility.

Process Improvement

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies.
• Ensure all improvements align with SBS’s regulatory and quality standards.

Talent Development & Team Building

• Lead employee development efforts, including succession planning, coaching, and performance management.
• Foster a strong, respectful, and collaborative work environment.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure all functions maintain full compliance with FDA, GMP, and client-specific standards.
• Oversee validations and ensure they are executed with accuracy and documented according to SOPs.

Customer-Focused Delivery

• Ensure all departments maintain a high level of responsiveness and quality for both internal and external customers.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve client issues and deliver service excellence.

Executive Collaboration

• Partner with the Vice President and senior leadership to align department goals with corporate strategy.
• Provide insight and updates on key operational metrics and performance drivers.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in operations management, including at least 3–5 years in a senior strategic role within a biopharmaceutical, life sciences, or GMP-regulated environment.
• Proven success overseeing Shipping, Receiving, Invedntory, and P&L accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, improve processes, manage compliance, and drive high performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with project management frameworks and operational tools.
