Grade 1 teacher

Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons in core subject areas • Establish a nurturing and disciplined classroom environment to support educational growth of students with diverse needs • Integrate Catholic teachings and values in daily activities and lessons • Provide objective assessments and feedback on students' progress, both written and in person • Participate in school-wide activities and liturgies • Uphold and instill the mission of St Raphael School Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in education or related field. • Valid teaching credentials • Strong communication and inter-personal skills • Practicing Catholic preferred with a commitment to a Gospel based education • Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment Benefits include the standard benefit package from the Archdiocese of Boston, which includes health, dental, and 401 (k) plans.
