Responsibilities: ● Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons in core subject areas ● Establish a nurturing and disciplined classroom environment to support educational growth of students with diverse needs ● Integrate Catholic teachings and values in daily activities and lessons ● Provide objective assessments and feedback on students' progress, both written and in person ● Participate in school-wide activities and liturgies ● Uphold and instill the mission of St Raphael School Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in education or related field ● Prefer teaching experience in Grades 4-5-6 ● Valid teaching credentials ● Strong communication and inter-personal skills ● Practicing Catholic preferred with a commitment to a Gospel based education ● Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment Benefits include the standard benefit package from the Archdiocese of Boston, which includes health, dental, and 401 (k) plans.
