Food and Beverage Event Server

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely, professional, and courteous food and beverage service to members and guests
• Set up and break down dining areas or banquet rooms according to event specifications
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, wine, and beverage offerings
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of assigned stations before, during, and after service
• Follow all club policies and procedures regarding service standards and safety
• Assist with replenishing buffets or plated service during banquet events
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt service and guest satisfaction
• Handle member and guest requests or concerns in a courteous and efficient manner
• Accurately take and input orders into POS system and process payments when required
• Support fellow team members with side work, polishing silverware, and resetting tables

Qualifications:

• Prior serving or banquet experience preferred, especially in a private club, hotel, or upscale restaurant
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand/walk for extended periods
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Work Schedule:

• Part-time, hours vary depending on dining and event schedule
• Shifts typically include weekday evenings, weekends, and special events
