STAT Home Health in Searcy, AR is seeking Home Health Registered Nurses (RN) with Psych experience!

Requirements:
- Current Arkansas Registered Nurse (RN) license & CPR certification required
- Minimum of one to two years' psych experience
- Compassionate Psychiatric RN with great time management skills
- Professional knowledge and experience indicating an adequate understanding of diagnoses and treatments of mental disorder and medication side effects/effects
- Previous Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
Job duties:
- Supervise patient care
- Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care
- Complete all documents timely, including Oasis, 485, order submission
- Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed
- Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation
