What are the responsibilities and job description for the ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR 4 position at State of Louisiana?
In your role as an Administrative Coordinator with the Registrar of Voters Office, you will help to administer Louisiana's voter registration laws by maintaining accurate voter rolls and support election operations. EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.
Screens, routes, and resolves telephone calls, or accesses appropriate staff to resolve the same. Provides customer service to the public (voters, candidates, elected officials, and private and public interest groups). Sorts and directs all mail and elections documents, screens and verifies accuracy of voter registration applications, and as appropriate, evenly distributes to team members on a daily basis. Files and scans daily. Screens voter applications for accuracy and for prior registrations daily.
