Title: Investment Analyst
Reports to: Vice President of Acquisitions & Asset Management
Company: Commercial Real Estate Investment and Asset Management firm
Location: Miami, FL (In office)
Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 (depending on experience) plus 5%-15% annual bonus
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience underwriting commercial real estate investments (i.e. shopping malls, strip malls, apartment complexes, mix-use, office buildings or industrial)
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience using ARGUS is a plus
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
Job Description:
- Analyze and evaluate offering memorandums of potential investments.
- Private Equity or Joint Venture investments may also be asked to be analyzed.
- Create detailed proforma’s, cash flow projections, waterfalls, and sensitivity analyses.
- Create investor presentations and proposals.
- Research and reporting on latest market trends, both locally and nationally, as it relates to the Company’s investments.
- Directing due diligence task list per potential investment.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
