This role will lead the global FP&A team and will own the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, providing insights that drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and margin expansion.
- Build and review complex financial models.
- Oversee consolidated monthly/quarterly reporting packages, KPIs, and board/investor reporting.
- Ensure timely, accurate financial planning and variance analysis across all regions.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial tools, data quality, and reporting systems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, planning templates, and business performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business field.
- Minimum 6 years experience
- Prior management experience
- Advanced modeling and financial planning within the SaaS or Tech Manufacturing space
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus
- Background in supporting or leading global operations
