Job Summary and Qualifications

We are looking for a compassionate and PBX operator to provide administrative support to patients of all populations. Our team is amazing, we consider ourselves a family who work hard to support each other and we are looking for someone who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. • You will demonstrate ability to operate console unit promptly and efficiently.
• You will maintain courtesy when responding to incoming and outgoing callers.
• You will accurately identify and take appropriate action for the following situations when they occur: Code Red (Red), Code Blue (CPR), Code Yellow (disaster), and bomb threats.
• You will report all telephone repair needs to the PBX Coordinator.
• You will review, comprehend, and adhere to hospital and department policies and procedures which pertain to work performance.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 year experience in PBX communications.
