Commercial Real Estate Agent
Our Commercial Real Estate Agent possesses strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, along with a deep understanding of the local market and commercial property trends. They play a crucial role in attracting tennants and facilitating transactions related to commercial properties on behalf of the company. Additionally, adaptability and the ability to thrive in a competitive and dynamic environment are essential traits for success in this role.
Core Responsibilities:
- Property Listings: Research and gather competitive information on our commercial properties available for sale, lease, or rent and create detailed property listings, including specifications, features, and photographs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, demographics, and demand in the commercial real estate market and analyze and compare property values to set competitive and realistic prices.
- Client Acquisition: Prospect and build a client base by networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing contacts and establish and maintain relationships with prospective property owners, investors, developers, and other industry professionals.
- Property Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote commercial properties, including online and offline channels and utilize various marketing tools such as websites, social media, and industry publications.
- Negotiation: Represent company in negotiations with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to achieve favorable terms, and draft and review contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and stay informed about market trends and collaborate with other real estate professionals, lenders, and legal experts.
Basic & Preferred Qualifications:
- A High School diploma is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on commercial real estate experience in the Dayton, OH region. including office buildings, industrial properties, and land is required.
- A proven track record of closing deals is required.
- A Valid Driver's License is required.
- Comprehensive marketing experience.
- Organized, detail-oriented, positive attitude, work ethic and ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated with endless energy and great people skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and activing as the POC for the company.
- Tech Savvy and ability to effectively manage accurate activity data.
