SABG is hiring a Scheduler IV to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) in Ft Meade, Maryland.

 

JOB TITLE: Scheduler IV
CLEARANCE:  Secret
LOCATION: Ft Meade, MD (TELEWORK)

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.

·       Develop and Maintain program schedules

·       Conduct reviews of program operations to determine compliance with schedule requirements

·       Perform analyses to identify dependencies, project/program milestones, address technical milestones (Gate, Decision, Baseline Reviews, Acquisition Decision Memorandum approvals, release scheduling activities)

·       Research, identify, and recommend resources required for task execution and completion

 

SUPERVISION: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

  

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

·       MA/MS and 10 years’ experience scheduling complex programs and projects

·       Demonstrated experience with integrated schedules (specifically IT projects/programs)

·       Experience with scheduling AGILE programs and projects

·       Demonstrated experience with MS Project

·       Experience supporting DISA’s Program Executive Office (PEO) Services Development Directorate. Knowledgeable in the various programs, projects and business systems

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Skills in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment
  • Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and database (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

 

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based on that data.
