Title: Accounting Clerk
Location: 5 days Onsite in San Diego, CA
Salary: up to 31.25/hr DOE benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Reconcile transactions and assist with month-end close processes
- Prepare invoices, verify expenses, and maintain accurate financial records
- Support contract management, including reviewing and sending contracts through DocuSign, updating and maintaining contract templates, tracking contract status and renewals
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support finance and administrative needs
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or AP/AR
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Experience with DocuSign or other contract management systems preferred
- High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.)
