To be considered you should have:
- 5 plus years defense paralegal experience – prior hurricane litigation exposure is a HUGE plus
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong technical and database experience
- The ability to work with more autonomy than the average paralegal
- A stable work history and excellent references
- Paralegal certification from an ABA accredited school
