The Lakes, a boutique collection of Minneapolis luxury apartment residences situated on West Lake Street among the heart of the Lake Bde Maka Ska Landscape, is seeking a professional full-time 32-hours-a-week concierge to join their team in Minneapolis, MN. As the Concierge, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service. This team member is the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors and has a professional appearance and attitude.
Working Hours Typically, FT32, Monday - Tuesday, 2:00 am - 10:00 pm, Saturday - Sunday, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Property office hours may vary from property to property.

Essential Responsibilities
- Creates a positive impression of StuartCo by always greeting visitors cordially, using empathy and tact; make sure their individual needs are met.
- Answers inquiries, offer suggestions, and provides descriptive literature pertaining to trips, excursions, sports events, concerts, and plays.
- Discusses routes, time schedules, rates, and types of accommodations with residents to determine preferences and make reservations.
- Verifies arrival and departure times, traces routes on maps, and arranges for baggage handling and other services requested by residents.
- Delivers tickets.
- Performs other related duties as requested by supervisor.
Job Standards
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 6 months of related work experience required. Customer service-related work experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Windows computer environment.
- Basic knowledge of office procedures, including filing, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work with frequent interruptions.
- Willing to learn and utilize new technology.
- Customer service orientation. Able to work productively and positively with all staff, management, vendors and others to achieve objectives.
- Implement and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
- Appropriately maintain financial and other Company confidential information.
