PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide Excellent Customer Service: Have outstanding communication in person, over the phone, and over email with customers

Pay Attention to Details: Assist in collecting complete and accurate customer, vehicle, and scheduling information

Ensure Organization: Maintain the service customer database, write prepare orders, and keep all team members and documentation up to date

Work as a Team: Assist the service department and maintain open communication with the service advisors, technicians, and management

Complete work in a Timely Manner: Ensure that all service and paperwork are completed quickly and efficiently in order to best serve our customers

This is a full-time position with pay ranging from $40,000-$50,000/year depending upon the individual’s performance. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and pass a criminal background check.
